Florida Wayne Band
Florida Wayne Band is a four piece high-energy, acoustic-led, alternative-rock band based out of Phoenixville Pa. Florida Wayne, is a singer-songwriter with over 20 years experience in writing, recording, live shows, and touring. FWB assembled over the course of the last 3 years (2017-2020) through friendships made at Phoenixville’s own Steel City Coffeehouse OpenMic every Thursday night. First to join the ranks was SteelCity’s house drummer Steivan William Johnson, for the first year and half, FWB played as a duo. In the summer of 2018 FWB added Rob Pallett on bass and backing vocals. To round out they’re line-up FWB enlisted SimpleFires bassist Mike McGeary late in 2019, and moved Rob to lead guitar. March 2020, FWB played first show as a four piece at Chaplin’s in Spring City, then Covid-19 shutdown! FWB is super excited to join the lineup for the ChesCo United 3-day Online Music Festival!
